Marketing Maestro, Vybz Kartel is currently the figurehead for sales and promotion for the private sector as Supligen and Foska are experiencing a spike in sales since his latest release.
The self-proclaimed “Worl Boss” gave the products owned by Caribbean Foods Ltd and Nestlé a huge endorsement last month when he rolled out the Jones Ave Records-produced single.
“Get the oats, mhm / Get the Supligen, mhm hm / Get the nuts, mhm / Get the nutmeg, mhm hm / Blend it up, mhm / Turn it a your head, mhm hm / Get a gyal and just go get your children,” Kartel deejayed in the viral track, a move which is now benefiting Corporate Jamaica.
This is not the first Vybz Kartel has influenced sales in Jamaica, back in 2009, his hit single “Clarks” with Popcaan and Vanessa Bling, boosted the sales of the British-based international shoe manufacturer.
Vybz Kartel is Jamaica’s most influential artist, a title which saw him launching is own products including Street Vybz Rum and Daggering condoms, the deejay was also working on a shoe line, Addi’s, before his incarceration.
