Self proclaimed ‘Teflon Don’ Rick Ross has recently left Def Jam records and inked a new deal with Epic Records.

The confirmation of the Hip-Hop rappers move was done via Twitter, as Epic Records tweeted “Welcome @RickyRozay to the #Epic Family”

Ross signed to Def Jam in 2006 and  has since then released eight albums on the label. His most recent, was December’s Black Market, which debuted at No. 6.

Ross now joins a new roster which includes Future, Diddy, Mariah Carey, Ciara, Travis Scott, and Fifth Harmony.
